Award Information
This scholarship award is renewable for up to two years (four semesters) provided student maintains a minimum overall college GPA of 3.0 and continuous full-time enrollment (12 credit hours per semester at Mississippi State University).
Award Criteria
- Must be an entering transfer student
- Must have a minimum overall transferable GPA of 3.0 as computed by the Mississippi State University Office of Undergraduate Admissions
- Must have a minimum of 48+ transferable hours as computed by the Mississippi State University Office of Undergraduate Admissions
- Must be named President of the entire student body at their community college
- Must submit the General Scholarship Application
- Must submit the Student Body President Scholarship, Entering Transfer Application in the scholarship portal
- Student must submit the name and email address of an official from their community college to verify their status as Student Body President as part of the Student Body President Scholarship, Entering Transfer Application
