Award Information
The above one-year award amount will be disbursed equally over two semesters during a student's first year at Mississippi State University.
Award Criteria
- Must be an entering first-time freshman
- Must have a minimum 9th-11th grade GPA of 3.0+
- Must be a Mississippi resident
- Must have status as a STAR Student verified by the Mississippi Economic Council. This is sent directly to Mississippi State University by the Mississippi Economic Council. Students do not have to complete a separate application.
