Awarded to entering freshmen as part of their automatic scholarship award package should they meet the requirements below.
This scholarship is not renewable. It is only awarded for a student's freshman year at MSU.

Award Information
The award amount of this scholarship varies as it covers the cost of an on-campus, double-occupancy residence hall space.
Award Criteria
- Must be an entering first-time freshman
- Must have a 9th-11th grade GPA of 3.0+
- Must have an ACT score of 34+ or SAT score of 1490+
Disclosures
- The last ACT or SAT test date accepted for the One Year Housing Scholarship is the February test date of a student's senior year. Scores earned after February will not be considered for scholarship purposes.
