Spring 2027 SAP Appeal Information
Students who have been placed on financial aid suspension due to not meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements may submit a SAP Appeal if extenuating circumstances prevented them from meeting SAP standards. An approved appeal may allow a student to regain eligibility for financial aid.
The Spring 2027 SAP Appeal eForm will go live on November 1, 2026 and will be available online through your myState portal.

Important Deadlines
Priority Deadline: Sunday, November 15, 2026 at 11:59pm.
Students who submit a complete SAP Appeal by the priority deadline will receive a decision by the first week of classes. Appeals submitted after the priority deadline may not be reviewed until after classes begin.
Final Deadline: Friday, January 15, 2027 at 11:59pm.
SAP Appeals submitted after the final deadline will not be accepted.
Additional Information
- Incomplete SAP Appeals will not be reviewed.
- Students are limited to three SAP Appeals.
- Supporting documentation may be required as part of the appeal process.
