- File the on-line MSU Summer Request Form. Click here to file the form on-line now.
- Make sure the results of your current year Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) have been received by MSU.
- MSU's federal school code number is 002423.
- Please contact the federal processor at 1-800-4FEDAID (1-800-433-3243) or click here to file a current year FAFSA (if not already filed) or to add MSU's federal school code 002423 to the current year FAFSA if one was filed previously for another school.
- If interested in a Summer Parent PLUS Loan, in addition to the FAFSA and Summer Request Form, the parent borrower must complete the PLUS pre-approval process with his/her lender and complete the Summer Parent PLUS Loan request form.
